Maple Budget Privacy Policy and End User Licensing Agreement (EULA)

By using the Maple Budget App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Privacy Policies and End User Licensing Agreements and agree to its terms.

  11. End User License Agreement (EULA)

    This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Maple Ventures Core Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the Maple Budget App (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

    Note: We are committed to complying with all applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for users in the European Union and the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) in Canada.

    1. License Grant
    We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement.
    2. License Restrictions
    You agree not to:
    - Modify: Alter or create derivative works of the App.
    - Reverse Engineer: Attempt to extract the source code.
    - Distribute: Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the App.
    - Unauthorized Access: Use the App to access unauthorized data or systems.
    - Violation of Laws: Use the App for any unlawful purposes.
    3. Intellectual Property Rights
    All intellectual property rights in and to the App and related documentation are owned by us. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to trademarks or service marks of Maple Ventures Core Inc.
    4. Termination
    This Agreement is effective until terminated. We may terminate your access to the App at any time without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies.
    5. Disclaimer of Warranties
    The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.
    6. Limitation of Liability
    To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the App.
    7. Governing Law
    This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
    8. Changes to This Agreement
    We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Agreement within the App. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Agreement.
    9. Compliance with App Store Requirements
    This Agreement incorporates by reference all rules and policies of the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
    10. Third-Party Beneficiaries
    You acknowledge and agree that the App Store and Google Play Store providers (Apple Inc. and Google LLC) are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement and have the right to enforce its terms.
